Welcome to Bango, an AI-powered photo organization application operated by BG Digital.
By downloading, accessing, or using Bango, you agree to the terms outlined in this User Agreement. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the application immediately.
Bango is intended for individuals 17 years of age or older.
By using the application, you confirm that:
· You are at least 17 years old.
· You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
· You are not prohibited from using digital services under applicable laws.
Bango does not knowingly provide services to individuals under 17.
Bango is an AI-assisted photo organization tool.
The application allows users to:
· Upload personal photos.
· Swipe and review uploaded images.
· Use AI technology to automatically classify images into smart albums or categories.
Bango does not function as:
· A cloud storage provider with guaranteed archival preservation.
· A facial recognition system.
· A biometric identification service.
· A content moderation authority.
Image categorization is automated and generated through algorithmic processing. Results may not always reflect user intent or expectations.
You retain ownership of any photos you upload.
By uploading content to Bango, you confirm that:
· You have the legal right to upload and process the images.
· The content does not violate intellectual property rights.
· The content does not contain unlawful material.
You grant BG Digital a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to process uploaded images solely for the purpose of providing the app’s organization functionality.
Bango does not claim ownership of your photos.
You agree not to:
· Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
· Attempt to reverse engineer or manipulate the AI system.
· Interfere with application functionality.
· Use the service for automated bulk processing beyond normal personal use.
BG Digital reserves the right to restrict access in cases of abuse or violation of this agreement.
Bango uses automated systems to classify images.
You acknowledge that:
· AI-generated categories are algorithmic outputs.
· Classification accuracy is not guaranteed.
· The system may misidentify objects, themes, or subjects.
· Results should not be relied upon for legal, professional, or critical decision-making purposes.
The service is provided for personal organization convenience only.
BG Digital may:
· Modify features.
· Introduce updates.
· Suspend or discontinue parts of the service.
· Perform maintenance.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage, or error-free performance.
Your use of Bango is also governed by the Bango Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled.
This User Agreement does not replace or restate the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
· Bango is provided “as is” and “as available.”
· BG Digital is not liable for:
o Loss of uploaded images.
o Incorrect classification results.
o Data interruptions.
o Indirect or consequential damages.
Users are responsible for maintaining backups of their personal photos.
You may stop using Bango at any time.
BG Digital may suspend or terminate access if:
· This Agreement is violated.
· Misuse is detected.
· Legal requirements necessitate restriction.
Termination does not eliminate obligations that by nature survive termination.
We may revise this Agreement periodically.
Updated versions will replace prior versions upon publication. Continued use of the application after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
