This Privacy Policy explains how user information, including uploaded images, is processed and protected when using the Bango application.
By using Bango, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
Bango is an AI-powered photo organization tool.
The application allows users to upload images and receive automated categorization into smart albums. Image processing is performed solely to deliver this functionality.
Bango does not operate as a social network, advertising platform, biometric system, or identity verification service.
You may provide:
· Photos you upload for classification.
· Optional account information (if account registration is available).
· Communications sent to our support email.
You control which images you choose to upload.
Uploaded images are processed exclusively to:
· Analyze visual content.
· Identify general themes, objects, or scenes.
· Assign images into automatically generated categories.
Images are not processed to:
· Determine personal identity.
· Infer sensitive personal attributes.
· Conduct behavioral tracking.
· Build personal profiles.
Processing is limited strictly to enabling photo organization features.
All AI-based image analysis is conducted within Bango’s internal controlled systems operated by BG Digital.
Bango does not:
· Transmit uploaded images to third-party AI platforms.
· Share image data with external AI training services.
· Allow external entities to independently access uploaded content.
Image data remains within BG Digital’s controlled infrastructure during processing.
Bango does not:
· Perform facial recognition.
· Identify specific individuals.
· Extract facial landmarks.
· Create biometric templates.
· Conduct identity verification.
· Associate images with a named individual.
· Analyze demographic attributes.
If a face appears within an uploaded photo, it is processed only as part of the overall visual composition for categorization purposes.
No facial data is isolated, stored separately, reused, or shared.
No biometric identifiers are created or retained.
Uploaded images are processed within a controlled and limited environment solely for the purpose of generating smart album classification results.
Processing occurs only for the duration required to:
· Analyze the image content.
· Generate automated categorization.
· Deliver the classification result within the application.
All temporary processing data created during AI analysis is automatically deleted immediately after the classification result is generated and delivered.
Users are not required to take any additional action to clear temporary processing data.
No temporary AI processing data remains stored after completion of the task.
With respect to user-uploaded images and generated classification results:
· Uploaded photos remain under the user’s control.
· Generated album categories are stored only as part of the user’s organizational structure.
· Users may manually delete uploaded images or classification results at any time within the app.
Once a user deletes an image or classification result, it is permanently removed from Bango’s active systems and is not retained for secondary use, analytics, advertising, or AI training purposes.
Bango does not archive deleted content and does not maintain hidden copies after user-initiated deletion.
Users remain responsible for maintaining their own independent backups of personal photos.
Bango does not sell, rent, trade, disclose, or otherwise share user-uploaded images or personal information with any third party for commercial, advertising, analytics profiling, or marketing purposes.
User data is not provided to:
· Advertising networks.
· Data brokers.
· External AI training platforms.
· Social media partners.
· Independent analytics services that access image content.
Data may only be processed within infrastructure strictly necessary to operate the service. Such infrastructure providers do not receive rights to use or repurpose user data.
Disclosure may occur only if legally required by applicable law or valid legal process.
To ensure app stability and performance, Bango may collect limited technical information such as:
· Device model
· Operating system version
· App version
· Crash diagnostics
This information does not include the content of your uploaded photos and is used solely for operational maintenance.
Bango may request access to:
· Photo library (to select images for upload).
· Camera (if applicable for capturing images).
· Local storage (to save categorized results).
Permissions are activated only when you choose to use related features.
Bango does not access device content without user action.
Bango is not intended for individuals under 17 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect, process, or store data from users under 17.
If we become aware that such data has been submitted, we will take reasonable steps to delete it and may restrict access to the service.
Parents or guardians may contact us regarding concerns about a minor’s data.
We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect user information during processing.
However, no digital system can guarantee absolute security. Users acknowledge inherent risks associated with electronic data transmission.
Depending on infrastructure location, data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence.
By using Bango, you acknowledge this possibility.
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect operational, technical, or legal changes.
Continued use of Bango after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
